The World’s Best Cheese Scientist comes from Faculty of Life Sciences - 28.03.2008
Professor Ylva Ardö from Department of Food Science at Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Copenhagen has been given the Swiss Cheese Award for “Best Cheese Scientist Worldwide” in Bern, Switzerland.
The prize is awarded every second year by an international expert committee. Ylva Ardö receives the prize for her quite outstanding contribution to international research in cheese.
