International Graduate Orientation Programme 2011

Get a smooth study start!

We strongly recommend that all international MSc students follow the three-week intensive introduction programme to get a head start on living and studying in Denmark. During the four weeks, we introduce you to Denmark and Danish ways in a very practical manner: where to shop? Busses and trains? Official paperwork incl. civic registration and opening a bank account. Our Danish language crash course enables you to deal with everyday day situations, be it in the supermarked or at the Student Café. We introduce you to the university - campus, Library, ICT facilities etc. And most importantly, you get a chance to experience how students work at a Danish university, when we take you through a one week pilot project, where you work in groups finding solutions to real life problems.

When and where?

The course starts 16 August 2011 at 10:00 am. We will meet in front of the main administration building, Bülowsvej 17, 1870 Frederiksberg - next to the fountain.

Preliminary programme

The course consists of a varied programme of lectures, hands-on demonstrations, guided tours, individual exercises and group work. Here you can see the preliminary programme.
