Ethical principles for guidance

Our information and guidance services are based on the following ethical principles:

 

• We wish to give you the best opportunities to be a content and successful student
• We are trained student advisors
• Our guidance services build on trust and openness
• We respect you and aim to give you professional guidance, regardless of the nature and the scope of the questions you have
• We treat all questions with confidentiality – also with regards to other student advisors and Study and Students’ Affairs
• We are also your fellow students.

Our ethical principles are based on the Principles for Ethics in Educational and Vocational Guidance, which were developed by the Joint Council for Associations for Educational and Vocational Guidance
